Who we are

Adamantite LLC (“Adamantite,” “we,” “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company providing consulting and services to businesses nationwide. Our principal business operations are remote; the company is domiciled in the State of Wyoming. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects and stores your email address, name (if provided), and authentication credentials. We never see or store your password.
• Contact form submissions. When you message us through the contact form, we store your name, email address, company (if provided), the subject line, the message body, a one-way hash of your IP address, and your browser user-agent string.
• Address input on the WNY Gas Bill Calculator. The calculator accepts a street address, city, and ZIP to look up the corresponding county and tax-record metadata. The submitted address is used at request time to query our parcel dataset and is not stored on our servers.
• Community ETF proposals. When you propose a Pokémon TCG ETF basket, we store the basket name, description, card list, and a one-way hash of your IP address for rate-limiting purposes. We do not attach a personal identity to anonymous proposals.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request metadata (URL, timestamp, IP address, user-agent) for operational and security purposes.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and rate-limit violations.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking-pixel networks.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking cookies. Your browser controls cookie settings; blocking authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in.

Retention

Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date of receipt unless an active matter requires longer retention. Account information is retained for the life of the account; you may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Server logs are retained per the defaults of our hosting provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise any right, email us using the contact link below. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

New York residents: we follow the data-security and breach-notification requirements of the New York SHIELD Act.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

European Economic Area / UK residents: our lawful bases for processing are consent (contact form, account creation), legitimate interests (site security and operations), and contract performance (paid services).

Children's privacy

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and least-privilege database access. No system is perfectly secure; we do not guarantee that information transmitted to us cannot be intercepted or accessed by unauthorized parties.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the site.
