Buffalo Public Schools, two-year budget read

Buffalo Public Schools publishes its approved budget every year as a long PDF. The school-by-school appendix is a rendered image, not a table. We transcribed two years of those appendices by hand, normalized the schema, and shipped the result as a public, sortable analysis.

Built for P2 Solutions, a Buffalo civic-tech organization. Released March 2026. Ten findings, an interactive school detail panel, methodology page, glossary, and a downloadable 60-school CSV.
